Information Shop

The web-based Information Shop is a service of the TRAFOON project which enables all stakeholders to access to the information gathered and implemented within the TRAFOON network and the associated networks of the partners during the project. It has useful applications and sections such as:

• Experts, organizations and information (focused on innovation) databases related to the traditional food sector.
• A training section, including the presentations of the TRAFOON Training Workshops.
• A section for strategic research and innovation agendas for the TRAFOON traditional food sectors (this will be developed in advanced stages of the project).

This tool will be sustained and exploited over the project by the ISEKI-Food Association and will be one output of the project by being accessible over the project period ahead.
